BOO! Halloween Balloon Cart
Halloween Carts are always easy and fun to create. We have seen them filled with desserts and with drinks. I decided to create a fun little twist and make a cart filled with balloons.
Super fun and easy right?
Ghost Balloon Wand D.I.Y.
SUPPLIES:
I got a pack of Ghost balloons from HelloMeParty
Plastic balloon holders from Amazon
Your choice of Ribbons
Handheld Balloon Pump (You can blow them by mouth as well)
I have created this very simple photo visual of how I created the Balloon wands.
TIP: I added a little hot glue inside where the balloon wand sticks goes. I felt that it made it more secure and stayed in place better.
The BOO pennant flags are available as and Instant Download in my Etsy shop along the BOO balloon Bar sign. so you can create your very own.
