Hydro Dipping Fall Pumpkins

Fall is my favorite season of all!

Pumpkins make the perfect fall décor and that’s why I am sharing my fun fall DIY to give you all the pumpkin inspiration.

This upcoming week on September 9th is a fun time called “Head In With Us” on Instagram so make sure to check it out! Some of my friends and I have gathered together to share fun Fall Inspiration of all kinds. At the end of this post I will be linking their blog posts for you to check out!

I hope you enjoy.

This DIY is so fun you will be Hydro Dipping so many things!

The possibilities are endless.

All you need are these simple supplies.

SUPPLIES

  • Pumpkins (I got mine from Michael Craft Store).

  • Spray Paint assorted colors. Find the color combo you want to create. I chose 4 different spray paints to create this look.

  • Bucket large enough to fill with water to dip the pumpkins in.

  • Water

Choose Your Spray Paint Colors

If you want to recreate the same colors I used, this is the combo! I purchased these from Michaels. Don’t forget to use your coupons when you go! You can also find pretty colors from Home Depot, Lowes and Joann’s.

To Start: Grab a Bucket!

One that you wont care getting paint on and fill it with water.

Suggestion: Fill it but not to the top where it can overflow out because then it will make a mess ! I will give you a great visual of photos of what I did.

Spray all your favorite colors in the bucket.

You can get creative and add it in whatever sequence you would like. I just went with the flow and sprayed. The best part is there is no right and wrong way. Once you get the color layer you like the fun part comes! Its time for dipping!

I dipped in 2 different ways!

I fully submerged one and the second pumpkin I rolled.

You can really do it whatever way you want. You can even dip only half of your pumpkin! Once They were done dipping I put them on my painting craft table to dry.

Ready for my full fall tablescape?

I am so excited to share it!

I absolutely LOVE how the pumpkins turned out and I hope you did too!

Make sure to PIN IT so you can go back to it and let me know If you will be trying these this year in the comments below.
