Cozy Valentine Home Décor
Cozy just screams my name! It can be any season and I will always have some throws around the house and lit candles. Honestly, even though I feel like I’m still recovering from all the Christmas décor I just packed away I couldn’t pass on adding a little bit of Valentine coziness to my space.
So here we go…
Can we start by saying how cute are the mini crotchet hearts tied around my napkins are?
My mom is a huge crafter and is a pro at crotchet! I wanted to add a simple and unique touch to my home décor and we came up with the mini heart ties. They honestly can be tied to whatever you want. Ill show you how in the next picture.
I have been asked a lot about the name tag on top of the white plate If you have a cricut cutting machine then this is possible to recreate. I simply designed the name with the heart attached to the end and cut it out by using glittered cardstock paper. Yup! Simple as that.
I really wanted to keep the table simple since I had a lot more going on with my white dresser (that I absolutely love decorating for different holidays).
For some reason, this year I was more into the pink tones for Valentine than the usual red I normally go for. I did still add a few touches of red to add a pop but, for the most part it was all pink for me this year!
For the dresser, I started by adding my knitted table runner that I purchased from Crate and Barrel. I just love the cozy texture of it and felt like it went perfect with the tassels and crotchet hearts. I added a very simple floral arrangement and empty bottles that I wrapped the additional mini crotchet hearts around with.
